Hi all, well done and keep up your excellent work on this site, it's helping me greatly!

I have ProgDVB installed and have also downloaded Yankse patch (latest as at yesterday).

Is there any reason why I can't also download s2emu as well or would they conflict.

Also I copied the yankse folder into the ProgDVB main folder, is this correct or do I need to do anything else - there doesn't seem to be a program to run or anything?

Many thanks.

Markie.

It is possible to run them both at the same time, although they have been known to conflict. I can't see why you would want both? Extract all the individual files, and stick them in the ProgDVB root folder.

Y'se is cleraring Abs*t for me but S2 doesn't so I've got both.

But Stick is right they do conflict if both enabled at the same time.
so they can both live in the root together but select one at a time
from the plugins menu when running live.

Yeah - strange that. I had 1.09 on a couple of days ago & it was fine.

But after a re-format of the old HD I got it again from Happysat
& it refused to clear.

Must have been a duff copy or download. :confused

Thanks people, how do I activate the plug-ins when running ProgDVB (am just about to install dish and LN:cool:. I have seen the plug-ins button at the top of the screen in ProgDVB, which appears to be blank at present.

Many thanks once again.

If you have the ini files & the dll's etc in the ProgDvb folder then you will get the option of S2 or Y'se when you hit the plugins button. Then you can tick
'active' or not as you wish.

Move or make sure the files are at the root folder otherwise they wont show in plug-ins.

Thanks very much Lancelot.

Sorry to be a pain but I currently have the Yankse folder (complete with the two files inside it) located in the ProgDVB folder, is this correct or should it just be the files themselves that are in the ProgDVB folder? (Yes I know - DOH!)

Many thanks.

Copy the contents of the Yankse folder into the ProgDVB root folder. you can leave the Yankse folder in ProgDVB if you wish. Doesn't make any difference.

Thanks very much Llew, your help is greatly appreciated.

Can I take it that this applies to s2emu/ any other similar software along with any 'patches' that I download.

Thanks very much.

Same with S2emu but as BG says, may be conflicts. Haven't had any problems myself, as long as you untick the plugin you aren't using.
