I have an old SKY digita box and LNB. Can I use these to view the French digital TV, I think from Atlantic Bird 3? If so how do I tune in the Sky box to receive these channels?

No - the French channels use a symbol rate incompatible with Sky digiboxes. Buy a proper non Sky box.

Thank you. I thought it was too simple. Can I still use the same LNB?

No, you will need a universal LNB porthos, as the digital channels are on the lower band. You would need to retain your old analogue receiver to receive TF1 and M6 though.
