Quite handy for certain SDR's as Yusef had a hissy fit and removed functionality on later versions for non airspy devices.

He of the fragile ego. I got removed from one of his groups for pointing out the Airpy Revision 2 encorporated modifications dealing with the shortcomings of the original model. A numer of them specifically discussed in the group and dismissed as irrelevant or wrong by the developer as they came to light.

He doesn't like people discussing or using SDRSharper either.
