Aha.

For "LNB Type", select its drop-down list and find something that says Universal or Universal 1 or 9750/10600 and select that.

We know now why you only get one Transponder!

Explain later, but basically that LNB/Input 1 setting is wrong. Totally.

I switched it to - LNB Type: Quad and re-scanned, now I see the BBC channels PLUs a few Channel 4's . I guess now I just need to play with the transponder .ini file and add more.

Tuner actually looks at 950 MHz to 2150 MHz: Universal LNB shifts Low Band down by 9750 MHz:


10818 (The only TP you were getting) - 9750 = 1068 (Which, with the settings you had, was (within the limits of error) the single fixed frequency the Tuner was looking at.
