oscam + smargo

Due i cant ask in herre for proper cfg for smargo + sky card can some1 put me in herre *.tar.gz oscam file for Sky 0963 & 093b i cant read entitlements for these cards this is what i only want ATR + entitlements [ i can also put mine cfg in zip/rar file if some1 can help me correct it]
