outlook

Hello Laddies/Gents,

Does anyone here know how to backup outlook emails and transfer the hole lot to another computer???

Waiting to put another motherboard/Hard drive/Vista in this machine but outlook is holding me back....

A couple of ways, if you are going to use Outlook again then easiest is to
File Import/Export export to pst file, this includes all your contacts Emails etc, then copy file to stick

Or in explorer navigate to User, local settings, microsoft outlook and copy the files in there but this I think will just be your Emails but do not quote me on that

Sorry i forgot about this thread.

Ive got the mrs to get rid of all her emails. junk anyway. she just saved all attachments.
