i know that pace are very good but i have a pace (prd 900)
has any one got andy info on this equipment.
or any web sites with details of this product.

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Its a pretty old receiver Pov, I believe it is designed for the old 10Ghz LNb without the extended tuner frequency, but with from memory 2 lnb connectors.

Possibly, there are still many analogue channels but there isn't much in English.

If you are into modern music then Astra analogue is still likely to give more variation for free than a digital receiver

3Sat is also a pretty good channel, a few programmes are in English (with German subtitles) and a lot of classical music

i have a pace prd800 1994 model this has an extended tuner if the 900 is the later model it should be ok for astra,it will not have the 22k tone switch but this not a problem, try ebay for a pace receiver you should find one cheap with patience.
