I managed to receive 11 frequencies from Paksat-1R with a 2.0m dish, location, Surrey, UK.
The table of frequencies I locked is attached below, it was some time ago so probably a bit dated:

I dont think you have any chance with a 1.2m dish but happy to be proven wrong.
