Best way to do that is reformat your hd and use your 98 cd and install.

BUT your sat card might not work on 98, win2000 is the most stable os,it is smooth and dont ask a lot of questions.

Can't see too many reasons why one would want to change down to 98, but if you do, then probably a format is the only way.

I use both on my pc. Some stuff I have won't work on Xp but will on 98 and some stuff works on 98 but not Xp.

You will get the option to format when you install. Using XP put the win98 disk in the drive and click start then run then type in d:\setup.exe
