Hi all. Does anyone know what degrees the dish has to be rotated at to pick up a good signal from Hispasat?

Just, for some reason, I can't get a lot of frequencies on Hotbird. EutelSat and some on Hispsat. We've had no wind either, strange!!

Any help would be very much appreciated. I want to do it before it gets dark.

I have Technomate 5000CI, 1.1m Triax dish and Disecq 1.2 motor. I had all these channels a few days ago but for some reason I have lost some on Hotbird, Eutelsat and Hispasat without checking the others so I thought if I try to get 11615 H 27500 then the others will fall into place!

Nothing. I deleted the Hotbird satellite, added it back, did a re-scan and nothing. There is a very weak 20% signal on TPS. and no 0% quality and signal strength on 11615 H 27500.

Sorry, when you said you had lost some chnls I thought of S/ware but if you have lost whole Sats then has your Mount/Dish/LNB has moved ?. I know we haven't had any bad weather but maybe worth re-centering the motor and dish.

Have you any logged Sats between 13E and 30W? Are any of these suffering? Have any of your other easterly satellites suffered? if not then it is looking more like an alignment issue.

SOrry mate. Ok, well, I have moved the dish to the best I can but one of the bolts have rounded so I can't untighten it. I seem to be able to get an awful lot more channels but I really really hop[e I can get the lusomundo channels coz I couldn't earlier. TV Cabo is fantastic so I'll find out soon, fingers crossed.
