Would be nice for everyone post pictures and info on your systems and dish installations. You can either post in this thread, or start your own in this section.:)

This is a pictorial section, so please "actually upload" your photos using the manage attachments function in advanced posting, please do not link to them.

Externally my little 85cm DiseqC setup, threw it up quickly to test a transparent dish and receiver and it's still there. :)

Then my Astra 28.2e dish from the skip. :D

Internally, the messy bit, constantly swapping things around, so it's never very tidy.

Well you know what they say about the mechanic and his own car. :) I believe the German expression is "The cobbler always goes shoeless". ;)

When do you find time to work?

Won't be posting any ictures at the moment I'm afraid. Although I've got several dishes and LNBs outside all I've got inside is a Sony dodgybox. The Nokia 9800S went tits-up last year and I haven't got around to fixing it yet.

This is mine, with lots of help from CH.

Indoors is a Force D-Master 1122s with EMB via and conax. Must say the conax slot works great with a Tit card. I have a MR in CI slot 1 and this also works well. My dish can move from 62E to 45W but I only have sats between 45E and 45W loged.

So I presume the one on the back is/was pointed at 30W at time of photo , looks to have pretty heavy skew.

You’re all making me very jealous with these nice setups...

I’m in a university flat, outside I have an outlook over trees and a (now nearly completed) building. So that’s leaves me inside with a old OnDigital set top box, as you can see this really is a set top box, blu tack and tape are holding it onto the TV that is smaller than the box itself. I was only going to try it out on this tiny TV before getting some cable and using it with my PC TV tuner and nice monitor, but never quite got round to it, and as I am leaving this flat in about a week or so it’ll be staying there just a little longer.

Hi folks

A run through of my setup -

A twin feed from a SMW motorised dish (yes it's that old) feeds :-

[1] Upstairs: Fortecstar FSCI 5100, Aston Simba and/or RSD ODM300. Echostar AD3000IP (turns the dish). TV's rescued from neighbourhood skips and got working with a little TLC.

[2] Downstairs: Triple Dragon DBS3000 & Humax HD2000 (priority switch with diseqc to above dish, and a fixed dish for Hotbird/Astra 19.2). Skybox for when in couch potato mode. Sony Bravia LCDTV.
