I think you need to clarify what exactly your receiver is and what you are trying to do before anyone can possibly answer you, there is insufficient information to be able to guess habibi

hi my receiver information is
Mvision E+ FS7000
hard wear 1000
biult in cam
my problem is when receiver started it disspley (TE) on front panel and didn`t do any thing more that it so i think that i must be reprogram the flash memmory again,hope i was right.
