i bought myself a digital satellite receiver to replace my Pay-to-watch
"carded receiver"
and i wish to receive i
some scrambled channels
the hex key needed is found on http://www.rdi-sat.com/seca.php
the problem is , there is no hex editor of someway to key in some hex codes
in this OPENTel ODS 3000V (T_T)
so can someone skillful to help me ...?
