Hello, I want to buy a DVB-S card, I hope can watch 1 West canal+ (conax), and can record some programs. and what is softcam?

Hauppauge WinTV Nova-S (dvb-s, usb) 120 €
Hercules Smart TV Satellite (dvb-s) 118 €
SkyStar 2 DVB-S (dvb-s) 79 €
VisionPlus VisionDTV Sat PCI (dvb-s) 79 €
VisionPlus VisionDTV Sat-CI PCI (dvb-s) 109 €

which one should I buy?

Skystar2 does most of what you need.There's plenty of info on this card available on this forum.
Softcam is a file is used with a program such as Progdvb to enable you to decrypt various providers' channels.
