Hello.
I would like to watch TV from Astra 3A. The problem is I bought satellite dish 90 cm. I live in Oxford. I've got universal LNB 0.3 dB. But I haven't got any signal from this satellite. Please could anybody help me? Is the satellite dish 120 cm enought. Is posible from Oxford get any signal from this Satellite? Or how big must be my satellite dish, if I want good signal?

Technomate TMS-1500 CI+ "patched" receiver, 90cm p/f 36v motorised dish, Inverto C120 0.3db LNB, Moteck V-Box 2, Packard Bell 6052 XP Home computer, Toshiba A60 laptop, and lots of Russian Vodka !

Hi topinka,
I also have a 90cm dish and can pick up channels from this satellite although with not a very strong signal.
I get from 45% to 55% signal quality but the picture seems to hold up alright.

If you already have a 90cm try it, if not good enough just replace it with a larger dish.
Also what channels are you after from this sat ?

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

If you are after Czech Link, then you will need a 1.2m from Oxford, there is a sticky thread at the top of the Fringe reception section.
