If its an old receiver you have virtually no chance of finding recent software for it. Manufacturers rarely support receivers for more than 4 or 5 years.
I cant find many references to Power Sky receivers - they appear to have been available fairly recently via a Chinese website but they certainly dont have many references on the internet
