As Llew said the last Predator released was predator 368, there are known problems with this file and early 2.x versions of the Dragon Cam, but this file currently opens Premiere, Polsat and Digi TV and is AU on all of them.
If you look on the forum you will see The Links Section, which contains a lot of useful links, or if you type predator368, no spaces, into any search engine, you should quickly find it.

As you can see by the date of the thread Predator 324 was released in November 2005 and so is of no use now.
You require Predator 368.
