Premiere on 19.2E working?

I've just set up my first Sat system. 90cm Dish pointed at 19.2E, connected to a Skystar 2 PCI card. I've got good signal levels and I'm using ProbDVB Elecard Edition with Vplug 1.7.1.1.

I put in the latest keys and a lot of channels are coming in clear, including Taquila 1-8 and Fox. But when I try to view Premiere 1-4 or Premiere Direkt I'm getting the green padlock to say its decrypted but I'm just getting a black screen.

Is it not possible to decrypt these channels or am I doing something wrong?

Not open on emulators at the moment I'm afraid.
Only a few CAM's with recent software.

As I said I'm new to all this, and this may be a stupid question, but I thought the whole point of the emulators was to emulate a cam, so why can it not decode these channels while some hardware cams can?

Because the software hack for the cams has not been released and converted for software only emulators as yet.

It may do though.
