hello ,don¨t know if anybody can help me,but for the last 6 months
have had no problems downloading the patches and uploading channel lists
for the TM1000 series and 7700 model.but for the last couple of days
something is preventing the transfer of files between the pc and 4 different
receivers.tried with latest patches and older patches that i had no problem
with before.can¨t even upload the channel lists.tried just about everything,
.using com port 1,checked settings in device manager,still at default settings.
bought a new 9-pin series null modem cable,just in case.
everything seems to be going ok when downloading the patch into the receiver."cannot open com port,close com port or stb power on",so i turn receiver on.the next message "wait while firmware downloading",still waiting
after 3 days.this is happenig with 4 different receivers.the com port must be ok as i can still use my usb phoenix card writer.
any ideas,please.
