Problem Whit skystar2 pci

Hi to all ,
I have a skyastar 2 Pci Version , when i use skynet for offline download this have an error and no signal , after close and reopen skynet , that have no problem and signal is ok , for cool card i desibel the network icon of card , when enabel this not stratred and computer show one error ( Code 10 )
i cant use this card and i do this
change PCi slot , change card drive , update bios , update car d driver to 4.4.1 beta , change windows

my motherbord is ABIT VT7 VIa chipset , windows is pro edition 2006
