problems with titanium card and mr

just have my new system installed. 5500 cip motorised . when i put the mr cam it initalises ok , but when i put the titanium card in it says my card is invalid for this conditional access system. does anybody have any ideas. i have olso tried downgrading the card to 1.03

i have a dragon cam and tech 5500+ , try 100 time for different file and card

still don't work, crying.............
