Prussian Galaxy?

Newbie here so sorry if this is a stupid question...

I have a blank card and the only thing that it has written on it is "Prussian Galaxy" and the actual picture on the card is a galaxy. I was wondering if anyone knows what card this is and whether it is any good at all... it was given to me hence why i dont anything about it.

Go to www.duwgati.com there is an excellent list of available cards and descriptions of their capabilities.

There should also be links to build them yourself programmers.
