Does anybody know if there are any PVR:s available in Europe that doesn't have a built in DVB Tuner? It should have RCA Video and Audio input(to connect a DVB box, VCR etc.) with normal IDE harddrives.

thanks

The only ones I've seen Leonard are for CCTV recording and they start at £600 Sterling.
