Hi all

Could you help a total newb? :-ohmy I've searched but not got the answer....

I've got a quad LNB on a Sky dish (minidish I think) and I've got a Sky box and a second cable going directly into my PC (when I used satellite broadband).

I've still got the Technisat SS2 card unused in my machine and was thinking about getting other satellite reception besides Sky's 28.2E.

Do I need to get a motor fitted to get other nearby satellites or is there something else I can do?

Much obliged for any help. :-cheers

BBgeek. You will be wasting your time and money on a motor for a minidish. You would be better off investing in a receiver, dish & motor package if you are interested exploring what goes on in the skies. Hope this helps!!!!
