Questions on uploading keys ...VIACCESS1 to VIACCESS2????

To whoever can help me....

i just bought my first digital satellite receiver,(RIO DVB FTA 3000 V1.) unfortunately, its made in china..and the brandname does not seem to be existing on most of the "google search" i've been doing, so i have no idea if i could update my reciever.
presently i found 4 pre-installed patches , VIACCESS,NAGRVISION,Isomething,SECA...my multivison was blocked after a day i bought my receiver...hence i wanted to know if its possible to update my receiver to VIACCESS2...if you have sites i can enter to kindly reply to post...i'd greatly appreciate it.

also..after editting the keys do i need to re-scan my channels that i need to deblocked?

If it is new you should ask the seller to help. Normally all receivers come with 12 months guarantee and replace / refund available for 30 days. You may get manufacturer details also from the retailer / seller. Hope this info helps.
