Quik help plz nokia9600 giving strange msg on front panel

after upgrading the bootloader ans firmware it start getting below msg
Highspeed loader 2.1 loading noanswer BS2.10UNS and keep reapeting it.

I made it working with Win98, but I tried to upgrade CAM but on the TV screem It is stuck on Block:0001
