There's definitely something in the ranges you suggested but, ATM, i can't lock anything even with my 180 cm:

I had a look on here using my SDR, and found quite a lot of narrow transponders in the 12500-12600V range (Eutelsat seem to favour the bit above 12500 for these kinds of radio feeds, judging by 8°W).

My 80cm is borderline reception-wise for 33.1°E, so I didn't manage to get lock on any of them. Of course, most or all of them could be DVB-GSE/Generic stream anyway -

I confirm the presence of muxes at 33.1E, the one you found. Of course, I couldn't detect their content.
I also checked with neumoDVB. The app found them on Linux, the same as on Windows.
I'm posting some constellations of these muxes.
