I have a sky box in 1 bedroom but want to move it into another bedroom.

How would i go about it ? Should i get sky down to do it ? Or can a general electrician re-wire the box ?

Is it just a case of wiring the box round the skurting board and through the walls etc...

Thanks

Hi, there's not much to rewire really.

You need a length of decent satellite coax eg wf100, a couple of f-conectors and am f-joiner 'barrel'.

You can run the cable how you see fit, then just plug it all back in.

Remember to turn off the box when disconnecting.

You can also cable it directly from the dish to the new room. Either option will work :D
