my mate gota panasonic digi box he subscribe to all the packs .when he uses the interactive ie sky bet it sometimes turn it self off an it comes up with no signal .it works fine apart from that.i checked the signal test and its very good the telephone line is in . i took my pace digi box round pluged it in used his card but it came up with there is a problem with your viewing card .is it poss to put a card into any digi box or would u have to get another viewing card from sky.

To receive all of the channels in a premium package, you need to telephone Sky and ask them to pair the card to the box.

If the receiver is a panasonic 30, they are renowned for the switching off fault, particularly on weaker channels.
