I am looking into the possibility of receiving Sky in southern Norway - Oslo. Is it possible to pick up any of the 28.2 channels here and if so what sort of dish size am I looking at. Also, are there any particular receivers that work best with a weak signal.
Thanks

You will get a lot of the channels with a pretty standard size dish, but for the BBCs, you will probably need a 1,8 or 2m dish, see http://www.astra2d.co.uk/norway.htm.

For the best receiver, see the sticky at the top of the fringe reception section, I will move this post to there.
