I remember in Helsinki pointing the LNB in the sky towards the original Tele-X satellite in the early 90s and getting a very faint flicker from some analogue channels after reading about the idea in What Satellite magazine. I was impressed, but after about 10 seconds it was back on the dish as I found that a more satisfactory way of watching TV. ;)

I always wondered whether that was possible and I did try it back in the earlier analogue days but without results.

Enjoy the last of satellite TV without a satellite dish :)

Just because the analog signals will disappear , I decided to try it .
Maybe because the lnb's are improved by the years , now it was possible to see some picture .

I've received analogue TV without a dish, I used a Flat Plate Antenna, or Squarial, known as an Attisat FL500.... :D

If there was a slap smiley, I'd use it :p

What Trust1 has done is the equivalent of receiving terrestrial signal with a piece of nail stuck into the aerial socket. But much more cool :D
