Recording video with Skystar2 and ProgDVB

Hi there,

I promise I searched for this before I tried but I never found anything relevant.

I have for some time now been trying to record video using my SS2 and ProgDVB both of which work perfectly fine.

However after I finish recording and open the file, no picture appears, sometimes even the sownd is kind of slow and I was wondering what the reasons for this could be? Any ideas? Which program would you recommend me for recording off of my SS2 and above all, which codecs do I have to have?

Dreambox 7000, Skystar2

Brighton
The codecs installed with PowerDVD5 work great. You can then use that app. to view.

I'll admit that this is the easy way out... :)

elecard decoder/codecs also do it IIRC.
