Does anyone know the frequencies for the red button option. I had then all programmed on my Technomate but they are all dead now. Wouldnt mind watching the snooker.

thats interesting because 12643V is not on a UK beam, and bbc has just recently moved all the red buttons to 1N (and now 2F). do they know something we don't about the future of the eutelsat 28A frequencies?

Don't get too excited >> These are interim measures to permit more extensive coverage of Summer Sport.

Those two are temporarily and I guess the Eutelsat 28A slots are cheaper.

Strange that BBC are sharing the multiplex with all that rubbish... and interestingly the BBC channels are more than double the bitrate of the other channels on that transponder, and way better than other BBC channels such as BBC News.

Also notice that Red Button channels now have EPG now/next, and synopsis.

Well, I have to say I did think the Connected Button project was/is a bit naive. It is only a couple of years since they started spoiling everyone rotten with a massive choice of games throughout Wimbledon fortnight and then they thought they could take them away and no one would notice or complain. If they want to use the internet to stream RED button services they need to fully embrace it and create some streaming apps for Sky boxes, SMART TVs etc. - people are no longer satisfied watching TV on their computers.

Aren't some of the cheap Eutelsat channels are uplinked by Arqiva at Chalfont Grove? It might just be an easy and cheap-ish place to stick the temporary channels.
