Hi all,
A few years ago, I painted my Ch mater 1.2m dish with plasticote paint. This has now begun to wear off and looks rather tatty. The paint will come off with a finger nail scratch. Can someone please suggest a good way to completely remove the paint? I've been told not to try and sand the dish.
Would something not too rough like a brillo pad/kitchen scourer or even jet wash (blast off the paint) do any harm to the dish? I dont want to damage the inbedded metal mesh (not knowing how deep the mesh is)
Hope someone can help!
PS is there an good alernative to spraying the dish, or i'll end up with slodges from dodgy spraying
