Ren TV : Can I get the Signal in South Inida?

How and thru which Sattellite I could view REN TV. I got some info about it. The Express6A is the sattellite thru which we can get REN Tv and the TP values are: 4175 R 20250. I dont know how could I put R as my receiver has only V or H options. Please help me.

36v H to H 62E - 61.5W
My Location
South central
R and L are right and left respectively. And refer to circular polarisation

As opposed to the more standard H and V, horizontal and vertical.

4175 probably means that it is a C band transmission (as does the R come to think of it) so you will need a large - 1.8m or bigger - dish and associated LNB.
