Restricted to 19East!!!

Hi moved into temporary accomodation and can't put a movable dish up. Have Echo 3000 with Viacess and Cryptoworks Cams, anything worth watching on an Old 19East Dish already up? Do I need to get new Cam ord Card? Thanks for any help.
