Chances are they have ceased operations & sold the epg slot to another channel. These small time players very often operate as epg brokers, keeping a slot alive from a previously closed service then selling it on. SKy have very strict rules about how long an epg slot can be kept live without it being used - I think its 3 months. AFter that its forfeited.

From comments on the DS forum the licence details on the Ofcom site said the licence was held by a liquidated company (one of the ex Nollywood Movies companies) If Ofcom have realised this is correct then Retro Movies will have been required to cease operations immediately as they would be operating outside their licence conditions.
