I assume by the same day you mean the same date. In that case they are triplets or higher. If not the same day it is possible they share the same birthday only in differerent years.

Here's one for starters.

At an evening ball dance there were 551 ladies and 1050 gentlemen present. If there were no boys how many girls were there ?
