ROM10 Programmer?

Hello all, this is my 1st post so sorry if its in the wrong place or if my question is really dumb. I want to re program a ROM10 card and was wondering what programmer to buy to do it? Thanks for any help received.

My Satellite Setup
Window XP
4 x Receiver,
2.4M x1 0.6M x8, 0.9M x1, 1.2M x1
My Location
HKG
If you only need to program a ROM10 card, a 3.68 phoenix programmer. If the card ver higher than ROM10A39, you need send it to cleanup and down grade to ROM10A37 or ROM10A39.
use nagraedit to send data to card.

I think a clean rom 10 is at rev A16. Somebody pleae correct me if i am wrong.

I have send some of my ROM10A3D card to US for "UNLOOP"/"UNLOCK", I expected I will get a accessable ROM10 Card with my data inside, but when they send it back, it become a "BLANK" ROM10A37 Nagra Card.

until now, I still looking for someone or some shop can help me to dump the data inside of my other ROM10A3D card.
