Do any of you clever sausages know how to edit the files on lincardemufloppy to get it to run when burned to a cd?
I am out of my depth when it comes to linux, and would like it to boot faster than it does from floppy
Any ideas or suggestion would be most helpful.

If one can copy the floppy to the hard drive and run it from there then burning onto a CD ROM should be no different,

Simply call the whole caboodle something (a folder called Conax for example which contains Linecardemu and the five files) and burn away

I've copied it as a bootable disk, but when it gets halfway through, it goes looking for the floppy, so you have to have both the cd and floppy in. Linux is a total mystery to me, mount umount etc. Is there a dos version that I can run from the cd?
