Are the S*Y channels changing to a different type of encryption?

I ask as I can't read the italian notice scrolling at the bottom of the screen!

The message was (roughly translated!)

dear customer
to prepare your decoder to receive new skychannels, broadcasting is at moment stopped.
The 16th of june, starting from 12:00p.m., to see our channels one simply thing to do... set on your decoder.

They are rolling out N*S decoders to new customers and using dual transmissions before the switch.
Looks like a sizable channel/transponder update last night, but still dual encrypted.

Some, if not all channels back now though.

Well, I've read elsewhere December, but you can probably take that with a pinch of salt.

There is only one sure thing in this game. You can be sure that nobody's sure of anything!
