Added Conax.
Fixed Nagra autoupdate on Hispasat channels and fixed MECM algo for TvCabo.
Autoselecting of ECM pids.
Enable/disable of module (Check menu).
Auto selecting pid on FullX channels(no need to add ECM pid 03E.
Tested with ALT-DVB, My Theatre and ProgDVB(with SkyStar2 card).
