samsung dsr9500 problem!!!!!need help

this morning my samsung dsr9500 stop to work!it still swich on but the motorize dish keep moving continuously between W and E!I TRYED resetting the dish to the original position having the option available in the menu,but not luck!still moving!the signal comes and goes offcourse,so cant get any chanells!any idea what can be the problem?is the reciver or the DISH MOTOR??THANX

Try disconnecting the motor, switch off the receiver at the mains, then reconnect everything, perhaps the dish reset will then work.

tryed all with no luck!i think the motor is gone!waiting for a replacement today!hope will be ok after!thanx
