I'm after a cheapo sat finder, sub £10 I guess. eBay has a load in germany, but can't find equivalent model in UK for reasonable price... had a quick look at links on "Satellites UK > General Topics > Nobbly's Big Links" but no to avail.

Multi-sat enthusiast in the Heart of England since 1993....
They do come up on e-bay very regular...... I’ve bought one with a moving coil needle display for £10 off e-bay and I’ve also bought a back-up LED segmented display one from Lidle Supermarket for £3.99 three months ago.... both are surprisingly sensitive and excellent for finding an evasive satellite....

Lidle do have them in pretty regular if you are prepared to wait..

I bought one off ebay last month, from someone in Scotland, for £12.95 inc postage and inline amplifier.

I used it for the first time yesterday and within seconds I had my Sky dish almost perfectly aligned, I can even get Czech radio, yippee!

Hi,
I got mine from the infamous LIDL for about £3 I think, but went to my local B&Q not more than an hour ago and they had them there. They were £20, so slightly over budget, but it was quite a nice looking one with an analogue-style needle that shoots from left to right.

Hope that helps
Steve
