Very soon we are going to have two satellites ( on Ku ) with a 1.5 degree space . I think it is unique and currently nowhere this situation exists ( generally it is either 2, 3 , 6,9 etc. ).What would be the cheapest solution to this ? Will it be two Ku lnbf on a horizontal elliptical dish + 2 input diseqc ? Or will a elliptical dish with a lnbf having a horizontal elliptical scalar face of lnbf would serve the purpose better ? Independently both the satellites can be taken on a 60cm dish antenna .

If the downlink signals are powerful, you will probably find that they are close enough together to be picked up no problem with one dish.

You are unlikely to get lnbs slim enough to be able to be slotted next door to each other, 3 degrees is normally the limit.
