I use the Televes stripper for pretty much all of my work now, much better in my opinion than the multicut types, as it works well in a tight space.

For my crimp connectors I use the Cablecon crimper.

For snap-n-seal I use a compact compression tool. :)

Surely you are not suggesting that I would give you a bum steer are you wod. ;)

RG6 is the standard 75 Ohm 1mm centre core coaxial cable, these are the very same connectors and compression tools I use for my WF100, in fact from the same seller. :)

I also use this tool. I prefer the crimp connectors rather than the re-usable ones. a reusable connector can be detached accidentally. I spent, once, a lot of time (and got frustrated) trying to find out why the receiver couldn't get signal.

I still use screw connectors, but normally only when I know i'm going to have to remove the connector at some time later, otherwise it will be a snap-n-seal, or crimp. :)

Yes it is good value. :) When you use those connectors on WF100, you need to strip back the copper foil as well, as if it gets caught up, it makes the connector very difficult to push on.

i won that auction so should have it next week sometime,

so when you put the connector on you remove the foil so it makes the foam part fit in the middle part of the connector ? what do you do with the outer and braid of the cable cut that bit off ?
