satellite signal strength

Is ther any way of boosting the signal similiar
to the way it's done with terrestrial t.v.?
(PS I use a motorised system):(

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Unless you have a cable run of over 30m, the only way to improve signal strength, is to get a bigger dish.

be careful inline boosters can reduce the quality if put in when not needed ie short length
