[updated:LAST EDITED ON 14-Jun-02 AT 12:37 PM (GMT)]The satellite is generally easy to receive in the UK, the transponder that carried the information is 11495 H 19500 2/3

Some of the time it has been scrambled I believe in Powervu, there are regular short overviews showing military activities there are several channels including CNN USA on the same transponder.

The signal is on the north spot beam for europe so in the UK a majority should be able to tune in.

The transponder has been on air for several months.

Have fun

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

7 channels are within the bouquet

CNN has its main US to UK feed on this bouquet, missions of planes are split into four separate showings. P3 never has anything on it when Ive looked in

Most of the time you will see NTSC format and some receivers cannot handle the conversion. Some TVs can also foul up on the transmission

There is plenty other feeds on the less popular satellites putting down similar stuff

I can supply a list of frequencies if its of interest, but a lot require a large dish

Would very much love a set of frequencies channel hopper if you would be so kind. Nothing on this transponder at the moment it would appear. Perhaps they have changed it.
