satellite tv on pc

hello,
has anyone tried the software announced in this site which says _http://www.satelliteTVonPC.com. for $39.95. can anyone inform more on this software. it says u need only an internet connection. will a 1 mega adsl connection be good enough to see just as in a normal tv. apreciate any info in this matter. thanks

You will not, whatever they say, be able to watch normal TV on your PC, you will be able to watch a selection of channels in low resolution, but some are not available all of the time and as with all streaming video, can be prone to interuption.

Most of these channels can be found and viewed using just your web browser and the odd plugin, so I wouldn't personally invest $39 in software to do it.
