I am currently having some works carried out and would like to hide my sky+ cables and was hoping to get a wall/face plate so I could plug the cable straight into the wall. Can any one advise if this is possible and what product I would need to do it?

Any help would be appreciated

The advice is to avoid them but if you must have it, get one with barrel connections that are bolted onto the plastic wall plate bit and NOT the one where the outside braid cable connects to the metal plate.

Hi Daniel welcome to the forum, this will be suitable for sky, insertion loss 1.5dB wont be a problem for 28E

OpenBox X5 on a 1 meter motorized dish.
And now a 10 foot "C" band dish.

Custom built PC

Deep in the Boonies in the central Sierra Nevada mountains of California.
The best setup is to run the coax from any dish or switch directly to the receiver without any breaks in the coax. (except for a ground block)

If you want to set it up with an "F" connector for most of the coax to be hidden behind the wall then a company called "LEVITON" has customizable wall plates and connectors for just this application.

Code:
http://www.leviton.com/en
You can setup the wall plate with almost any type of connection setup you may need.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

That would mean having a - twin - F plug terminated cable inside the cavity (oooerrr) and an appropriately terminated double cable at the room end. Plus the twelve pounds for the socketry.

Why not terminate the cable - correctly - into a double diplexed wall plate (about fiver from Amazon) and just ignore the TV/FM outlets on the front plate ?

Cheaper still use a switch blanking plate, drill two holes and use two barrel f connectors.

There is no F plug behind the plate, it is a fully screend saddle and clamp connection inside a metal box, very low loss and easy to use, the Sky + type triplexed plate is now to be avoided due to the use of whole band LNBs for Sky Q (the number 1 input filters the UHF band out from the satellite output and hence doesn't work), so better to future proof and not use triplexed units.

Well he may not be in the immediate future, but we are not far away from the time when Sky will only supply the Sky Q boxes, even as a replacement for faulty Sky + units and no point in fitting something which may have to be swapped out.
